Padhmasana
Padmasana or Lotus Pose is an asana.
Padmasana is the supreme Asana among all the Asanas, the first of the eighty four thousand Asanas. It is an exclusive Asana for meditations, Asana specially gifted by the divine for elevation of soul and erasing of the karma.
It is also known as Kamalasana as its posture resembles a lotus.
